At its core, the Gap Year Association is a community of people who believe in the power of transformative gap year experiences, and who would like to see a world in which gap year experiences are widely accepted as vital to personal, educational, and professional development.
From individual advocates to professional organizations, GYA welcomes all gap year supporters to join the community! We offer membership opportunities for:
PROGRAMS
- Gap Year Program Providers ($200-$2,200, depending on number of students served annually)
EDUCATORS
- High School/College Counselors ($35/year)
- Independent Educational Consultants ($75/year)
- Independent Educational Gap Year Consultants ($125/year)
- Accredited Gap Year Consultants ($300/year)
HIGHER ED
- Higher Education Professionals ($350/year)
- Official Gap Year Colleges ($1,500/year or $2,000 for two years)
INDIVIDUALS
- Gap Year Students/Alumni ($15/year)
- Individual Gap Year Enthusiasts ($25/year)
