Applications for Accreditation
All applications for Accreditation start by first downloading the relevant Engagement Letter and submitting it along with a deposit. The Engagement Letter and Standards for both Gap Year Providers and Gap Year Consultants can be found on the Standards web page. Successful passage through the Gap Year Association’s Accreditation process, is a prerequisite for certain Membership levels. Not all membership levels require a vetting process, however, and we encourage you to visit our membership web page to learn more.
Accreditation Summary
Earning the Seal of Accreditation is a phenomenal achievement for any organization, and recognized by the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission for Gap Year Standards. If you or your organization are interested in pursuing accreditation, you should start by filling out this form, and reading up on the Standards web page.
